Aerial Snaps provides aerial photograph services for commercial real estate agents, residential real estate agents and residential land developers.

We offer three ways to use our aerial photography services.

Priority Aerial Photography
Our priority aerial photography service is suited for those who need specific aerial photos with a very fast turn around time. Basically we will fly on your instructions and we will fly in most kinds of weather. Your photos are processed within 24 hours of us flying. This is a premium service and only suited to clients who need their photos fast or photos of a specific area that we don't normally fly in. This service starts from $410.00

Weekly standby Aerial Photography
The weekly standby aerial photography service is our most popular service. Every week we fly over different parts of Melbourne. We combine all our clients jobs together meaning we can offer a service at an affordable rate. Our stand by rate is the low price of $198.00

Location Based Residential Aerial Photography
At different times during the year we randomly select residential areas around Melbourne to photograph. 1-2 months before we fly we conduct local letter box drops advising residents that we will be photographing their area. If you are in one of the selected areas we can photograph your home at a special low rate of $99.00, This service is limited and only available in areas where we may be flying.

Aerial Photography - Types and Styles

All of our photography is created on the latest digital SLR cameras with high quality lenses, All our images go through a digital enhancement process to ensure they are vibrant and sharp.

When we photograph a site we will always photograph it from every direction. There are 2 main types of aerial photography, Oblique (3d- Side on) and Vertical (2d - Map) - See examples below.

We can also perform close up views of the site or wide angle views that show land marks such as main roads or coast lines.
